For those of you who don't know, we moved right after Christmas, so I've been a bit busy and haven't been able to face the blog world. But I had to take a minute and post this little gem. See if you can guess what our Family Home Evening lesson was about.
The lesson was, "My Body is a Temple" and the assignment was, draw things that are good for your body or bad for your body. No, we haven't had the talk with Coleman yet. The explanation was as follows: the first turtles are playing nicely and the second turtles are fighting, the top one apparently having just dented the shell of the one on bottom. The was some confusion among the kids about why Mom and Dad were so entertained by this seemingly simple picture. Go figure.

OH MY HECK!!! That is Hilarious!!! love it!!
That is the greatest thing ever. Jake was looking over my shoulder and didn't get why Becca and I were laughting. Good times in FHE.
I thought Andy was crying he was laughing so hard! You can even see the "dent" in the shell--why are you so confused Mom and Dad?
Of course it's not bad if the turtles are married!
It is so good to hear from you! I'm glad you found me and allowed me to check out your blog - Quite the introduction to you darling family, but seriously funny. And you look just as I remember you - so cute! Keep in touch.
I heard about his picture through the grapevine and had to check it out for myself. Love it. Makes you even love your kids more for their innocense.
Thanks for the good, hard laugh. I have cramps and you made the pain worse because I couldn't stop laughing!
You don't know me, I'm Lyn and Ryan's neighbor. Lyn told me I had to come and check this post out. That made my day! That's just too funny. Thanks for the laugh.
