Thanks for all the concern shown for Elisabeth and her ER visit. Dr. Jones came back to town and listened to everything that happened with Ellie and said, "I don't think she even had a UTI." Isn't that great. A trip to Children's Hospital is bad enough, but to find out it was unnecessary is just annoying. He looked at all her numbers from the hospital, etc. and said she just had a viral fever that caused the symptoms. So I guess I'm not so stupid for not recognizing it after all. Just stupid for ever taking her to anyone else. Next time I'll just give them Tylenol until he comes home!

Well that's good Ellie is okay and doesn't need further testing. I always hear such good things about Dr. Jones. About 24 years ago during one of McKay's hospitalizations, Dr. Jones came into our room, sat on the FLOOR, and just talked to me, giving me all sorts of encouragement about his condition... He was not our Dr and didn't even know us! I've never forgotten that.
Yes, I agree Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. He was my doctor and I would definently take my kids to him if he took our insurance but he doesn't so I just keep wishing.
