In September Claire joined the Bach Children's Choir, a group of several different age group choirs that focus on music education and performance. We have been really happy with it and have enjoyed seeing how Claire's musical talents have been expanded. This weekend was her Spring Concert. I forgot the camera, but I have picture from a couple of other performances. The first one is a terrible picture, but I just love how they all look in their little uniforms!

This is Claire with her director, Nicole Simes.

Since Claire was a tiny girl she has had a musical gift. When she was only 3 she sang in Sacrament Meeting with me and my friend. She used to have no problem singing in front of people at all. She's a little more reserved now, but she still enjoys it and is extremely talented. I am constantly amazed at how quickly she can learn a song, how she can remember difficult music, and how she can sing on key better than I can! I wish she had more desire to learn an instrument, because I know that would benefit her even more. Maybe someday!

I loved our little personal concert at the Heywood's house a few months ago. I'm glad you are developing your talent, Claire! Rebecca, Grace's mom
